Vibrant Color 4.71 Tobacco Ash Brown is a professional permanent colour cream from the Vibrant Color range. Level 4, a neutral brown with a cool, slightly smoky tobacco-ash undertone that counters unwanted warmth. It is formulated for even, long-lasting colour and full grey coverage, and is mixed with developer for salon application.

How to use

  1. Mix 1 part Vibrant Color 4.71 with 1 part developer (1:1): 10 vol to darken or tone pre-coloured hair, 20 vol for perfect grey coverage or tone-on-tone, 30 vol for slight lightening on natural hair or to enhance the ash tone, 40 vol for more dramatic lightening.
  2. On virgin hair, apply first to the mid-lengths and ends, leaving about 2 cm from the roots, for 10-15 minutes, then apply to the roots and leave for a further 20-25 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply to the regrowth for 20 minutes, then distribute through the lengths for a further 10 minutes.
  4. Emulsify with a little warm water, massage gently for even distribution, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  5. Finish with a colour-safe shampoo.

Results and expectations

A deep, neutral brown with a cool, slightly smoky finish and full grey coverage at 20 vol. Blue-green couplers give an anti-brass effect, while panthenol and hydrolyzed wheat protein help keep the fibre soft. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

What you need with it

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.

You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
