Curly Up Shampoo 1000 by Edelstein is the salon-size shampoo of the Curly Up line for natural curly, wavy and permed hair: a cleansing step with wheat and soy amino acids, Arginine HCl, Serine, Threonine and grape leaf extract that leaves curls clean, soft and ready for the mask and the definition. The 1000 ml backbar bottle is made for frequent curl services, with about 20 ml per wash and around 50 washes per bottle.

How to use Curly Up Shampoo 1000
- Wet the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Apply about 20 ml to the scalp and lengths and work into a rich, creamy lather. Long or thick hair needs more.
- Leave on for 2-3 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. If the hair carries a lot of product, repeat the wash.
- Towel-dry gently without rubbing and continue with the Curly Up Mask.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
