Grace Color 11.20 Quarzo Rosa (Rose Quartz) is a professional ammonia-free permanent colour cream from the Grace Color range. An ultra-light blonde with pearly reflections and a subtle rosy hue, designed to neutralise unwanted yellow tones for a cool, iridescent result. A high-lift and toning shade mixed 1:2, used on light or pre-lightened hair.

How to use

  1. Mix in a 1:2 ratio, using 50 ml of colouring cream and 100 ml of activator.
  2. On natural, never-coloured hair, apply to the lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and continue for a further 30 minutes.
  3. To tone pre-lightened hair, use a 5 or 10 vol activator and monitor the result visually.
  4. Add a little lukewarm water, massage to emulsify, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  5. Finish with a shampoo for coloured hair and a nourishing conditioner to seal the colour.

Results and expectations

A refined ultra-light blonde with pearly reflections and a subtle rosy, iridescent hue that counters unwanted yellow tones. As a high-lift and toning shade, the result depends on the starting level: it performs best on light blonde or pre-lightened hair. The ammonia-free formula with hydrolyzed keratin, grape seed oil and argan oil keeps the fibre soft and protected. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks, refreshing the tone with anti-yellow blonde care between services.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
