Reconstructive Treatment
DESCRIPTION
What is Reconstructive Treatment?
Reconstructive Treatment by Edelstein is the two-component salon treatment (Fluid and Boost) that mixes on the spot into a dense, creamy mousse, with hydrolyzed keratin, hyaluronic acid and macadamia oil for fragile, weakened or chemically treated hair. Ten minutes on the lengths, with dry heat for very stressed hair, leave the hair smoother, softer and shinier, ready for the Reconstructive Mask. One box holds 45 pairs, one pair per service.

Who Reconstructive Treatment is for
- Hair severely stressed by lightening, alkaline treatments or intense heat
- An intensive service in the salon, between the shampoo and the mask
- Lengths that need a deep, concentrated care step to look smooth and shiny
- Salons that want a ready-to-mix treatment, one pair per client
For a two-vial treatment with aloe for dry or stressed hair, see the comparison below.
Key ingredients
- Hydrolyzed Keratin: a hydrolysed protein in both components that cares for the hair surface and helps weakened hair feel stronger
- Sodium Hyaluronate: a humectant that helps hold moisture in the hair
- Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil: a nourishing oil in the Fluid that adds softness and shine
- Amodimethicone and Trideceth-12: conditioning agents in the Boost that smooth the surface and help detangling
- Cetrimonium Chloride: a conditioning agent in both components that softens the lengths
Results
The mousse spreads evenly through the lengths and, once rinsed, leaves the hair smoother, softer and more supple, with a clear shine. Stressed lengths look more cared for and more disciplined, ready for the mask that completes the service.
How to use Reconstructive Treatment
- Wash with the Reconstructive Shampoo and towel-dry the hair thoroughly.
- In a non-metallic bowl, mix the Fluid and the Boost until a dense, creamy mousse forms.
- Apply the mousse section by section, massaging each strand to work it in. The Flexion (L) brush helps distribute it evenly.
- Leave on for 10 minutes. For extremely stressed or glassy hair, add dry heat at 40-45 °C during the processing time.
- Rinse and continue with the Reconstructive Mask for 5 minutes, then finish with a cold-water rinse.
For professionals
