How to use
- Mix the colour with Oxidizer in a 1:1 ratio. Use 20 vol for a natural result or grey coverage, 30 vol for warmer highlights or up to 2 tones lighter, 10 vol to intensify without lightening.
- Apply to dry hair on the lengths and ends, leaving about 2 cm from the roots.
- After 10-15 min, apply to the roots and leave a further 20-25 min.
- On previously coloured hair, apply to the regrowth for 20 min, then distribute evenly through the lengths for 10 min.
- Emulsify with a few drops of lukewarm water, massaging for 3-4 min, rinse until clear and finish with a colour-safe shampoo.
Results and expectations
A light brown with a warm, woody tobacco reflect, even from roots to ends, with full grey coverage at 20 vol. Hydrolyzed wheat protein helps protect the fibre during processing. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a regrowth touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
